Mr. Wohlstein’s background combines advanced education, decades of science/technology/engineering and management, and his love of security. He has over 20 years experience in the research, design, development, applications, and management of security technologies and systems including: 5 years military (DoD) weapons platform development and 5 years experience in the development and management of an ultra-secure instrumentation network. He is an avid long-range shooter, and has received training in tactical entry, CQB, and physical protection of SNM (DoE). Scott’s education includes: AAS (Lasers and Electro-Optics Technology); BS (Photonics Engineering Science and Technology); and MS (Management of Technology). Scott has held the following clearances: NRC-R(NRC); Secret(DoD); L and Facility(DoE).
DOUG PEEBLES
Chief Marketing Officer and OPS II
Mr. Peebles’ background includes over 30 years in the marketing-services segment with emphasis on brand development and execution. He has worked in both corporate and agency settings; serving as President/CEO of Peebles Creative Group since 1997. In 2005, Doug was awarded the Torch Award for Business Integrity by the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. He later became a member of the National Programming Committee of the Better Business Bureau’s National Center for Ethical Enterprising. He also served as an adjunct professor at Ohio University’s E. W. Scripps School of Journalism.
BRUCE COLE
Vice President
Mr. Cole’s background includes over 25 years experience in technical management, training, risk assessment and accident investigation services at several, high security, nuclear installations. He served as Derivative Classifier assessing risk and security requirements, as well as establishing classification and declassification levels for sensitive electronic and hardcopy information. He is a serious outdoorsman and knowledgeable in weapons and survival. Bruce’s education includes various degrees and certificates including: AAS (Communications Electronics); CFE (Facilities Engineering Certification) and CEM (Energy Management Certification). Bruce has held the following clearances: NRC-R(NRC); Top Secret(DoD); L and Q(DoE), and Elevated/Special(DCAS)

39 years – machine and automation design, installation, and management with an emphasis in fabrication. Operates gunsmith business and is a survivalist.
